What is your preferred discipline?



How long are on the bike?

Started cycling at the age of 12 with cyclocross and MTB racing then progressed to race in pretty much every discipline of cycling at some
point since.

How did you first get involved in cycling?

Through a friend at school who set up a cyclocross team for the British schools championships. It literally all went from there! I progressed onto the GB Talent team aged 15 then onto the GB MTB academy aged 18.

Achievements on the bike:

I am three times British Elite Cyclocross champion and also have a U23 British MTB national title to my name. I have represented GB at 13 World Championships so far across MTB and cyclocross.

What one piece of advice would you give to someone new to cycling?

Never give up and keep working hard to achieve your goals.
