Cyclocross Intermediate 10 Week Plan

This plan utilises many years coaching experience along with on the bike practical knowledge with our coaches racing and training at a Professional level at the top level of the sport. This plan will provide structure to daily training on the bike whilst developing a personal understanding on how to train. As the weeks progress, you will start to feel the benefits physically on the bike coupled with increased confidence in this new found progression through structured training.

So Who Is This For?

This Race Ready plan is for those riders who wish to reach a peak fitness for a targeted road race. This plan is built for those riders who have some race experience and compete in events lasting between 60-100km. If you are new to cycling and already have a good base fitness, then this plan will help build your racing edge. If you have competed in races before but your fitness has stagnated or you have not seen progress in the past months/years, then this plan will help you step up a level and hit new peaks.

How Much Time Will The Plan Take Up?

The weekly durations vary depending on the sessions involved with achieving each weekly goal. The average duration is around 9hrs a week. The plan will help base your training around lifestyle and work/family commitments whilst ensuring you are getting the most out of each day and individual training session.
