  • Consultation and introduction to Dig Deep Coaching.
  • Evaluation of lifestyle, commitments, time available to train and complete medical history.
  • Establishment of specific heart and power zones to ensure effective training.
  • Training sessions set in accordance with your personal zones, evaluated and customised with relevant information from power/heart rate files and training diary.
  • Membership of Dig Deep Coaching on Training Peaks with all essential information added to the software for evaluation by your Coach.
  • All sessions are aimed at your areas of development.
  • Regular email updates and offers to Dig Deep Coaching clients.
  • Daily email with training required to complete.
  • Provided information on your allocated Coach.
