Dig Deep Coaching continue to expand their services globally by partnering with the BMC Concept Store, SRM and West Consultancy to bring the Dig Deep ethos and coaching style to riders in Belgium.

James Spragg, an accomplished rider and cycling coach with Dig Deep Coaching, has been working in conjunction with the Dig Deep team to develop coaching services in Belgium.  James currently resides in Belgium and is ideally placed in terms of location, understanding of the cyclists and his own coaching knowledge and experience to oversee the development of the brand.

If you would like to learn more, live in Belgium, are interested in coaching, always wondered about training with a powermeter…come and join the team at the BMC Concept Store in Eke on Monday 17 May from 19:30.  Here you will have the opportunity to listen as James Spragg delivers a presentation on Dig Deep Coaching and further explains how ESSENTIAL it is to TRAIN WITH POWER.  See details below on how to register.

During the evening you can gain further information on how using a powermeter can track your training and ultimate progress, ensure you are consistent in your training and maximise each session working on the specific aspects of fitness and how to pace yourself.  In addition you can learn all about the new products from both BMC and SRM and a combined service incorporating coaching and powermeters in the form of SRM Test Days.

Hope to see you there.
